DCM Support Package

We offer a unique support package in partnership with our DCM sister companies, designed to fast track the recruit’s sector understanding and reduce the stress and risk of a new role.

The DCM Institute is Australia’s recognised leading professional development program for village and Head Office management. It has over 550 executives participating in 12 month ongoing Professional Development programs.

The Te Ara Institute is our joint venture professional development program with the Retirement Village Association in New Zealand, launched in 2022. It now has 160+ members.

Our Method

Three year DCM Institute support to succeed

New recruits engaged via the DCM Executive Recruitment program can be enrolled in the DCM Institute Professional Development program for three years at an agreed corporate rate.

This service includes three networking and professional development days per year, full course participation and access to all learning materials, as well as our extensive library of policy and related tools.

The recruit will also be provided with a mentor for 12 months to assist with practical advice.
