The DCM Institute is Australia’s recognised leading professional development program for village and Head Office management. It has over 550 executives participating in 12 month ongoing Professional Development programs.
New recruits engaged via the DCM Executive Recruitment program can be enrolled in the DCM Institute Professional Development program for three years at an agreed corporate rate.
This service includes three networking and professional development days per year, full course participation and access to all learning materials, as well as our extensive library of policy and related tools.
The recruit will also be provided with a mentor for 12 months to assist with practical advice.
